This freshly modernized 700 square foot, one bedroom executive suite is situated on the lower level of the home. Its large windows throughout allows for natural light to flow in each room and gives the feeling of main level living.
Upon arriving one is greeted with the stunning Lake Lisgar in Tillsonburg which offers a picturesque view, complete with an illuminated fountain(seasonal) and gazebo, You will be ensured your own private drive way and private entrance.
The home is equipped with outdoor security cameras, regularly updated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a flashlight to accommodate the safety and security of its occupants.
The Home Guidelines & Expectations
To ensure the upkeep of the premises, a comprehensive cleaning and restocking will be conducted once per week, except during a change in occupancy, where it will be completed before the next guest arrives.
Guests are expected to Maintain the basic house keeping of the home,
We kindly request guests to respect the neighbors regarding noise levels, particularly after 10 PM.
Please refrain from hosting parties or inviting guests without prior notice.
As a courtesy to guests with allergies, we ask that the use of fragrances be limited and allergy-sensitive smells be avoided.
Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed outside of the home only and proper disposal for cigarette butts is provided.
Stays at the home should not exceed 27 days, unless an updated contract is discussed and signed.
Guests are responsible for any damaged, broken items or missing items.
Garbage & recyclables can be picked up daily if needed by setting outside your door. However garbage pickup is Wednesday morning so please have all items outside no later than 7pm Tuesday evening.
Pets are not permitted.
